Assessment. We work with our clients on website concepts and objectives, platform and technology needs, target market needs and competitive analysis. Once analysis is complete we help determine the site navigation plan, user interaction design and planning for future scalability.

Design. Our team approaches each project with a user-centric design perspective. We work closely with our clients to identify their target audience, highlight key message points and understand business objectives in order to deliver an identity that will capture the essence of the brand.

Development. Pixeldust Interactive will complete the development and integration of all elements of the Internet presence before beginning final acceptance testing. During this phase, the site will be placed on a testing server to provide suitable opportunity for revisions and modifications prior to final testing. All development work is done on secure and accessible work servers so clients can monitor the progress of their project at any time.

Quality Assurance. Pixeldust Interactive subjects all projects to rigorous quality standards. During the course of development, the project lead serves as Quality Assurance (“QA”) lead. Upon completion of the development stage, an outside team is assigned the task of bug and interaction testing and documenting all issues. All issues are addressed by the Pixeldust Interactive development team prior to launch.

Launch and Support. Once the extensive quality assurance checks have been satisfactorily completed, Pixeldust Interactive will launch the project and deliver project documentation. Ongoing support is provided for every project.
