BeTheme Wants to Be the Only WordPress Theme You’ll Ever Need

Standalone WordPress themes simply don’t cut it anymore. In today’s environment, where clients demand instant project turnaround at rock-bottom prices, the race is on for a single WordPress theme that can do it all – at least for those clients who favor quick results and lower prices. This is where WordPress website builders come in and most of us have probably tried out Divi and some of the other more popular builders. However, the latest version of BeTheme – developed by Muffin Group – not only wants to be the only theme you need. It also wants to be the first WordPress website builder that shrugs off those slow loading times that can make them so frustrating.   BeTheme version 20: A faster website builder Version 20 of BeTheme rolled out on June 19 this year (2017) and there was one particular update that caught my eye. Many of the forum threads I found suggested it could a permissions issue with Node, so I went through the painful exercise of reinstalling it and only made things worse because then Terminal could not even find the npm or grunt tasks.…

These Are the Five Hottest Lead Generation Trends in 2017

Every year we have new lead generation trends come and go. Some earn their place as invaluable marketing strategies while others fade away with a whimper. Whatever happens, there always seems to be a lot of buzz around trends, whether they deserve it or not. Which makes it difficult to know which ones will catch on and which of those are gimmicks simply getting their moment in the spotlight. 11 Tips On How To Design The Best Infographic

Infographics are loved for being able to present complex facts in an easy to digest manner. With them, a seemly boring subject is turned into a captivating experience. How Will the Voice Search ‘Revolution’ Impact Web Design?

Voice search is getting a lot of attention right now and it’s no big surprise. The big tech firms are pushing their voice platforms hard and marketers are hyping them up to disrupt the entire industry. Needless to say, voice search is one of the hottest topics in digital technologies right now and this isn’t going to change anytime soon. Despite all this, the rise of voice search isn’t going to have the impact on web design and marketing most are predicting right now. The thing is, voice technology comes with some fundamental limitations that mean its role in the consumer journey (where designer, marketers and the rest of us make our money) will be relatively small. Voice search sucks at selling Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos featured in a recent article here debunking the clickbait notion that homepage design is dead (another BS trend). He’s a smart guy, there’s no question about that.…
